The founder of the Mini-Minimalism Art Movement is Marcos Ezequiel, born on May 22, 1997, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He began his artistic work on March 25, 2022, he launched the Shariff Collection, the latter representing the beginning of a long journey, with a portfolio of over 150 artworks, aiming to show that Minimalism is still present in the artistic universe.

The Brazilian artist also launched the RaritieS Collection on March 20, 2025, although it underwent adjustments to reach its current state. This collection influenced the creation of a new concept of Minimalism, the Mini-Minimalism Art Movement, which was founded by the artist himself on December 4, 2025, and the art that became a symbol of this new horizon is called Mini Movement (Founder Edition), officially posted on the same day on the Rarible marketplace. The artist emphasizes that works influenced by the Mini-Minimalism movement show that art is not only written in excess, but also in the smallest details:

"You don't need to create such complex and excessively large artworks to show the world that you're making art; it's possible to create smaller works and still be considered art, thus giving them stronger meanings."
